Service-Philanthropy Projects

The Service Project is an integral part of The Service Connection. To read more about this facet of our LEAP program, review the Transformative Philanthropy page.  Our Inspired Service and Circles of Service programs also pool funding toward various causes selected by the women who are enrolled in these programs.  The results of these giving programs will be posted on the Collective Giving page.

Our over-riding intent for The Service Connection is to generate creative responses to issues that we, as leaders, see need attention beyond our immediate experience. Because there are many worthwhile causes and organizations that support them, we offer a guiding set of selection criteria to help the identification and focusing of potential recipients.

The following projects have been nominated to be funded in the first cycle of our LEAP experience, which we expect to begin in fall of 2009.  Additional projects will be selected by the women who engage in this program, as new projects are selected during each of the four cycles.
